Aus dem Gebiet Madiran, zwischen Toulouse und Bordeaux. Heute bekannter ist aber eher der Tannat aus Uruguay. Dort ist er sozusagen die Nationalrebe. Ich war im 2018 einen Tag in Uruguay am Ende der S\u00fcdamerika-Weinreise. Ein Ausflug von Buenos Aires aus. Erst jetzt fand ich einen reinen Tannat aus Uruguay in der Schweiz. Ich darf&#8217;s fast nicht sagen: aus dem Lidl \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also: er ist nicht so dunkel wie erwartet und er nennt sich zwar Reserva, ist aber ein preisg\u00fcnstiges Allerweltstr\u00f6pfchen. Trotzdem war es cool, diese ziemlich unkonventionelle Sorte mal zu verkosten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Juan Carrau, Tannat de Reserva, 2017, Bodegas Carrau, Uruguay<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Meine Degu (2017er):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>mittleres Rubinrot<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mittlere Geruchsintensit\u00e4t nach:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Himbeere<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Erdbeere<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rosine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rauch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kaffee<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>erste Reifenoten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>trocken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e4ure mittel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tannin mittel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alkohol mittel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mittlerer K\u00f6rper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mittlere Geschmacksaromen nach:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>roter Johannisbeere<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>roter Kirsche<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rosine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mittlerer Abgang<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qualit\u00e4t gut<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kann getrunken werden, hat aber noch Reifepotential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fazit<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alles &#8222;mittel&#8220;.
