{"id":9416,"date":"2020-04-23T20:39:47","date_gmt":"2020-04-23T18:39:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/?p=9416"},"modified":"2023-02-05T17:03:58","modified_gmt":"2023-02-05T16:03:58","slug":"penne-mit-gruenem-spargel-und-pesto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/penne-mit-gruenem-spargel-und-pesto\/","title":{"rendered":"Penne mit gr\u00fcnem Spargel und Pesto"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Es muss nicht immer rote Tomatensauce sein&#8230; (f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>600\u2026800g frischer gr\u00fcner Spargel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>600g Penne<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ca. 150g gr\u00fcner Pesto aus dem Glas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12\u202616 Cherry Tomaten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Schuss Weisswein<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parmesank\u00e4se zum dar\u00fcberstreuen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Den Spargel waschen und den hinteren z\u00e4heren Teil wegschneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den Rest in 3\u20264cm lange St\u00fccke schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Cherry Tomaten halbieren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In der Bratpfanne im Oliven\u00f6l die Spargelst\u00fccke sachte ca. 10 Minuten anbraten, bis sie weich sind. Nicht anbrennen!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cherry Tomaten zugeben und ein paar Minuten mitd\u00fcnsten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pesto unterr\u00fchren und einen grossen Schuss Weisswein.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
