Die anderen (Bancal und Furvus) werden hier auch vorgestellt.<\/li>\n<li>Optimale Trinkreife max. 13 Jahre nach der Ernte.<\/li>\n<li>Preis ca. Die Bodega ist so versteckt im Gebirge, dass sie wohl nur Verr\u00fcckte wie ich finden.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>Meine Degu (2008er):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>klar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mittleres Granatrot<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sauber<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mittlere(+) Geruchsintensit\u00e4t nach:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>rote Pflaume<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eukalyptus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gew\u00fcrznelke<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kaffee<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Erde<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>voll gereift<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>trocken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e4ure mittel (+)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tannin hoch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alkohol hoch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mittlerer (+) K\u00f6rper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mittlere (+) Geschmacksaromen nach:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preiselbeere<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cassis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Backpflaume<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>getrocknete Fr\u00fcchte<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>langer Abgang<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qualit\u00e4t sehr gut<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>jetzt trinken, ist nicht f\u00fcr Alterung oder weitere Lagerung geeignet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fazit<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eher selten ein teurer, reiner spanischer Garnacha. 13-j\u00e4hrig war dieser. Das merkt man. Ein reifes St\u00fcck. Perfekte S\u00e4ure-Tannin-Balance auf hohem Level. Sehr viele sekund\u00e4r und terti\u00e4r Aromen. Man m\u00fcsste mal einen j\u00fcngeren probieren, ob der noch etwas mehr Frucht h\u00e4tte. Ich las aber auch, dass der 2008 etwas &#8222;schwierig&#8220; war. Vielleicht sp\u00fcre ich deshalb weniger Frucht als gemeinhin erz\u00e4hlt wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aber ein toller Wein, an den ich oft dachte, seit ich ihn vor langer Zeit gekauft hatte. Weil eben auch Erinnerungen da sind an den Besuch der Weinberge.
