Ende Februar war&#8217;s schon fast fr\u00fchlingshaft warm und der Gasgrill wurde in Betrieb genommen. Beim st\u00f6bern fand ich raus, dass im Balkan dazu oft der Djuvec Reis serviert wird. Also nix wie ausprobieren&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cevapcici mit Djuvec Reis<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Balkan\n(f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>gut\n700g Cevapcici (6 pro Person), z.B. tiefgek\u00fchlt. Das sind Hackfleischr\u00f6llchen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Harissa-Sauce\naus dem Glas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\nZwiebel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\nKnoblauchzehe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500g\nLangkornreis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\ngrosse rote Peperoni<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ca.\n150g gr\u00fcne Erbsen (tiefgek\u00fchlt oder aus der B\u00fcchse)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\nkleine B\u00fcchse gehackte Tomaten (400g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ca.\n200g scharfe Ajvar Sauce im Glas (4 geh\u00e4ufte Essl\u00f6ffel)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paprikapulver<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4\nca. 20cm lange Holzspiesse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die\nCevapcici von Hand gut mit Harissa-Sauce einreiben und dann je 6 auf einen\nHolzspiess stecken. Im K\u00fchlschrank etwas stehen lassen. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zwiebel\nund Knoblauch klein schneiden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Peperoni\nausnehmen und in ca. 2cm grosse St\u00fccke schneiden<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die\nCevapcici am besten auf dem Gasgrill gut braten (je Seite ca. 5 Minuten). Dann\nin den 80\u00b0C Ofen stellen zum warm halten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In\neinem h\u00f6heren Topf Zwiebel, Knoblauch, Peperoni und Paprikapulver im Oliven\u00f6l\nand\u00fcnsten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die\ngehackten Tomaten und den Ajvar zugeben und gut umr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dann\nden Reis unterr\u00fchren und mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Das\nganze ca. 25 Minuten k\u00f6cheln bis der Reis gar ist.
