Dem Pulpo (= Oktopus) m\u00f6chte ich nicht beim Schwimmen begegnen, aber er ist sch\u00f6n und schmackhaft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Anlehnung an ein Ofen-Fischgericht tauschte ich mal den Merluza mit Pulpo aus. Man kocht den ganzen Pulpo in einer grossen, hohen Pfanne mit einer halbierten Zwiebel und Lorbeerbl\u00e4ttern 50 Minuten lang. Dann 10 Minuten ruhen lassen. Die 8 Tentakel auseinander schneiden. Den „Kopf“ kann man auch essen. Das Tier wird beim Kochen sehr viel kleiner \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anstelle der Merluzast\u00fccke in meinem unten verlinkten Rezept, legt man einfach die gekochten Pulpo St\u00fccke obenauf zum backen im Ofen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
