Ich hab&#8217;s aufgemotzt und zum Znacht serviert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Shakshuka<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Israel und arabische L\u00e4nder (f\u00fcr 4 Personen) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>eine 800g B\u00fcchse gehackte Tomaten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>diverses Gem\u00fcse (Aubergine, Peperoni etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kidneybohnen (Indianerbohnen), 1 B\u00fcchse (max. 300g Abtropfgewicht)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Eier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Zwiebel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Peperoncino<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Essl\u00f6ffel Harissapaste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Prise Fenchelsamen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ein paar getrocknete Lorbeerbl\u00e4tter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Prise Kreuzk\u00fcmmel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Prise Piment d&#8217;Espelette (Chili)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Das\nGem\u00fcse in mundgerechte St\u00fccke schneiden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zwiebel\nund Knoblauch klein schneiden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Peperoncini\nin Scheiben schneiden und je nach Sch\u00e4rfewunsch einige der scharfen Kerne\nentfernen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In\nder Bratpfanne Zwiebel und Knoblauch im Oliven\u00f6l d\u00fcnsten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lorbeerbl\u00e4tter, Fenchelsamen, Kreuzk\u00fcmmel, und die Harissapaste zugeben und kurz d\u00fcnsten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Das Gem\u00fcse inkl. Peperoncino zugeben und ca. 8 Minuten braten und r\u00fchren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Tomaten aus der B\u00fcchse zugeben und zugedeckt 20&#8230;30 Minuten k\u00f6cheln, bis das Gem\u00fcse ganz weich ist. Ggf. noch Wasser zugeben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lorbeer entfernen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die\nKidneybohnen zugeben und mit Piment d&#8217;Espelette, Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.\nGut umr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die 4 Eier aufschlagen und obenauf in Vertiefungen verteilt draufgiessen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den Deckel auf die Bratpfanne und leicht k\u00f6cheln, bis die Eier fest sind<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die\nBohnen sind nicht original, aber geben etwas Kohlenhydrate. Original ist das\nGanze eher ein Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck als eine ganze Mahlzeit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alternativ Borlotti Bohnen aus der B\u00fcchse statt Kidneybohnen.
