{"id":8920,"date":"2019-12-22T21:06:10","date_gmt":"2019-12-22T20:06:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/?p=8920"},"modified":"2023-08-20T14:13:05","modified_gmt":"2023-08-20T12:13:05","slug":"huehnchen-fajitas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/huehnchen-fajitas\/","title":{"rendered":"H\u00fchnchen Fajitas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>TexMex\n(f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>8 grosse, weiche Weizentortillas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>600g H\u00fchnerbrust <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Peperonis (rot und gr\u00fcn)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Zwiebel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Tomate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chiliflocken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pimenton de la Vera (ger\u00e4uchertes Paprikapulver)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zitronensaft<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Schuss Weisswein<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>frische Petersilie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reibk\u00e4se<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz und Pfeffer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optional:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 kleine B\u00fcchse (150g Abtropfgewicht) Red Kidney Bohnen (&#8222;Indianerbohnen&#8220;)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 kleine B\u00fcchse Maisk\u00f6rner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weiteres klein geschnittenes Gem\u00fcse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guacamolesauce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Das H\u00fchnerfleisch in Streifen schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ebenso die Peperoni.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zwiebel und Knoblauch klein schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tomate klein schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Petersilie klein hacken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Tortillas nach Anleitung im Ofen oder Mikrowelle heiss machen (am besten jede einzeln in der Mikrowelle 40 Sekunden, damit sie nicht zusammenkleben) und dann im Ofen warm stellen. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Das Fleisch in der Bratpfanne im Oliven\u00f6l ca. 6 Minuten heiss anbraten, so dass es leicht braun wird. 1\u20262 Teel\u00f6ffel Pimenton de la Vera sowie etwas scharfe Chiliflocken unterr\u00fchren. Wer es scharf mag wie ich, kann hier zuschlagen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dann Zwiebeln, Knoblauch, Peperonistreifen und ggf. weiteres Gem\u00fcse beigeben. Gut unterr\u00fchren und ca. 5 Minuten weiter braten. Dazwischen einen grossen Schuss Weisswein und die gehackte Tomate zugeben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Am Schluss Petersilie und nach Wunsch Bohnen\/Mais. Ebenso einen Spritzer Zitronensaft. Nochmals kurz aufkochen. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In eine vorgew\u00e4rmte Servierform leeren und im Ofen warm stellen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tortillas aus dem Supermarkt. Z.B. Marke Old El Paso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Tortillas werden auf dem Essteller dann selber gef\u00fcllt und gewickelt.
