Aber keinerlei Korkgeruch. Dank Erfahrung bringe ich den Zapfen oder das, was davon \u00fcbriggeblieben ist, ohne grosse R\u00fcckst\u00e4nde raus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dann wird&#8217;s aber gut. In der Nase fast nur II. und III. Aromen, also fantastisch gereift. So wie ich es liebe. Und endlich wieder mal ein wirklich langer Abgang. Im Gaumen etwas salziges (&#8222;Bouillon&#8220;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein spezieller Wein. Wohl auch auf Grund der 4 verschiedenen Traubensorten.
