Und in Asien gibt es viele Bowl-Gerichte, also solche, die man in einer Sch\u00fcssel f\u00fcr jeden Gast anrichtet und direkt serviert. Mit Nudeln oder Reis als Grundlage und Gem\u00fcse, Fleisch, Fisch, Pilzen, Ei etc. obenauf &#8211; je nach Lust. So gesehen sind viele Alltags-Gerichte z.B. in China, Japan oder Korea \u00e4hnlich. Das Bibimbap ist so eines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Bibimbap<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Korea (f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>300g Rundkornreis (Sushi-, Risotto- oder Milchreis)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ca. 400g gutes Rindfleisch am St\u00fcck (z.B. Huft oder Entrec\u00f4te)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Karotten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Zucchini<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300g TK-Spinat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200g Shiitake-Pilze (oder andere)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150g Soja bzw. Mungosprossen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Eier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sesamk\u00f6rner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sesam\u00f6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 EL Gochujang (koreanische Chilipaste)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sojasauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>wenig fl\u00fcssiger Honig<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Marinade f\u00fcr&#8217;s Fleisch herstellen mit:<ul><li>gepresstem Knoblauch<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Sesam\u00f6l<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>je einem Spritzer Sojasauce und fl\u00fcssigem Honig.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Das Fleisch mit einem sehr scharfen Messer in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden und dann in der Marinade einige Zeit im K\u00fchlschrank marinieren (min. 30 Minuten, gerne auch viel l\u00e4nger).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zucchini in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Karotten in d\u00fcnne St\u00e4bchen schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den Spinat in der Mikrowelle auftauen, warm werden lassen, Wasser ausdr\u00fccken, verzetteln und warmstellen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pilze waschen, trocknen und in Streifen schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den Reis in einem Sieb gut waschen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Den Reis mit knapp der doppelten Menge Wasser kochen und dann warm stellen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Folgendes nacheinander in der Bratpfanne in etwas Sesam\u00f6l braten und dann einzeln im 80\u00b0C Ofen warmstellen:<ul><li>mariniertes Fleisch ohne zus\u00e4tzliches \u00d6l ganz kurz scharf r\u00fchrbraten (ca. 1\u00bd Minuten)<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Zucchini, Karotten und Sojasprossen nacheinander r\u00fchrbraten, bis sie knackig gar sind.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Pilze kurz braten und mit wenig Sojasauce abl\u00f6schen<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Den Spinat auch kurz anbraten<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Spiegeleier machen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die cremige und sehr scharfe Gotchujang-Paste mit etwas Wasser verd\u00fcnnen, so dass sie fl\u00fcssiger wird.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Servieren: entweder Tellerservice (Suppenteller oder grosse Sch\u00fcsseln) schon in der K\u00fcche oder alle Zutaten in Schalen auf den Tisch und jeder stellt sich sein Bibimbap in seinem Suppenteller selbst zusammen:<ul><li>den&nbsp;Reis&nbsp;zuunterst<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>das Spiegelei mittig darauflegen<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Gem\u00fcse, Fleisch und restliche Zutaten kreisf\u00f6rmig auf den Reis legen<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gochujang Sauce dar\u00fcber verteilen und mit Sesam bestreuen. Die Sauce ist sehr scharf!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>W\u00e4hrend dem Essen die Zutaten und die scharfe Sauce mit dem Reis gut vermengen!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bibimbap heisst einfach &#8222;gemischter Reis&#8220;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Da die Gochujang Sauce sehr scharf ist, kann man sie auch auf den Tisch stellen und jeder(r)
