Bekannt ist z.B. der Mango-Chutney oder die Gurken-Raita, in Griechenland auch als Tzatziki bekannt. Mein Favorit ist auch die minzige Joghurt-Sauce.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Minze-Chutney<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indien<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200g fetter, stichfester Griechischer Joghurt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Handvoll frische Minze<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Handvoll frischer Koriander<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Handvoll Cashew-N\u00fcsse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Prise Kreuzk\u00fcmmel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Prise Garam Masala Pulver<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>wenig Chiliflocken (je nach Sch\u00e4rfewunsch)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>eine Prise Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ein Daumenspitze grosses St\u00fcck gesch\u00e4lter frischer Ingwer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 kleiner Spritzer Zitronensaft<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 kleiner Schuss fl\u00fcssiger Honig (oder 1 Teel\u00f6ffel Zucker)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Knoblauch und Ingwer r\u00fcsten und in St\u00fccke schneiden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alles ausser dem Joghurt in einen kleinen Mixer geben<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Essl\u00f6ffel Joghurt dazu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>im Mixer p\u00fcrieren<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>die dann fl\u00fcssige Masse in eine Schale leeren<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>den Rest des Joghurts (ca. 150g) unterr\u00fchren<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unbedingt fetten, festen Joghurt unterr\u00fchren, sonst wir das zu fl\u00fcssig. Die Cashew-N\u00fcsse machen es dann noch etwas s\u00e4miger.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Der indische Minze-Chutney ist allgegenw\u00e4rtig bei scharfen asiatischen Gerichten.
