Grunds\u00e4tzlich k\u00f6nnte man ihn genau gleich wie den roten verarbeiten. Das ist aktuell sogar hip und nennt sich dann <em>Orange Wine<\/em>. Diese Weine sind wegen ihres Aussehens und Geschmacks umstritten. Denn sie sind eher tr\u00fcb und gelblich oder eben orange. Das liegt daran, dass der Orange Wein in der Maische verg\u00e4rt und somit Farbe und Tannin aus der Haut entzieht. Orange Weine sind nicht per se bio, aber in der Bio- und \u00d6ko-Szene werden sie aktuell fast immer m\u00f6glichst interventionslos hergestellt (Naturwein).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die folgende Tabelle zeigt die Herstellungsmethoden verschiedener Wein-Typen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/image.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"684\" src=\"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/image-1024x684.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-86912\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.4970873786407768;width:628px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/image-1024x684.png 1024w, https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/image-300x200.png 300w, https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/image-768x513.png 768w, https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/image.png 1403w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In einem meiner Weinkurse serviere ich zum Apero, also zum Einstieg, einen Orange-Wein aus Spanien:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mil Historias, Orange Wine, Bodegas Altolandon<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>DO Manchuela, Spanien<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 Traubensorten (weiss): Garnacha Blanca, Chardonnay, Viognier, Muscat \u2013 <em>aber hergestellt wie ein Rotwein!<\/em> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In Amphoren mit Wildhefen vergoren, danach Stahltank, unfiltriert<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:44px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-2 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/IMG_7138.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" data-id=\"86906\" src=\"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/IMG_7138-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-86906\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/IMG_7138-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/IMG_7138-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/IMG_7138-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/IMG_7138-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/IMG_7138.jpg 2016w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:43px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Meine Eindr\u00fccke:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>spezielles Aroma, schwierig zu definieren, Steinfr\u00fcchte und Honig, nicht sehr komplex, aber recht intensiv und dadurch eine erstaunliche L\u00e4nge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>gigantischer K\u00f6rper (viskos wegen der Trubstoffe), aber f\u00fcr die Qualit\u00e4t ist das nicht massgebend<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>viel Trubstoffe, die sich schnell wieder setzen sowohl in der Flasche als auch im Glas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>und nat\u00fcrlich total speziell: ein Weisswein mit Tannin, also einer der im Gaumen kratzt und pelzig wirkt &#8211; spannend!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>er sprengt etwas die Regeln des Food-Pairing; deshalb gerne eiskalt zum Apero<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:37px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/image-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"600\" src=\"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/image-1-1024x600.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-86913\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.706685069923696;width:688px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/image-1-1024x600.png 1024w, https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/image-1-300x176.png 300w, https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/image-1-768x450.png 768w, https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/image-1-1536x900.png 1536w, https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/image-1.png 1739w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Auf jeden Fall muss man Orange Wein mal probieren! <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Der klassische Weisswein wird aus weissen\/gelben Trauben hergestellt.
