Grossmutters Suppe. Meine Version ist etwas moderner und reichhaltiger. Die Fideli sind da mehr Beilage als Einlage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Fidelisuppe mit Gem\u00fcse und Fleischb\u00e4llchen<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schweiz (f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200g Fideli-Teigwaren<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300g kleine Br\u00e4t-Kugeln (ca. 1cm)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>min. 3 Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ca. 600g diverses Suppengem\u00fcse (Karotten, Sellerie, Kabis, Lauch etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bouillon (2.5l Wasser mit 2 Bouillon-W\u00fcrfeln)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sojasauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer oder Piment d&#8217;Espelette<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln: das Weisse klein schneiden und das Gr\u00fcne in ca. 2cm lange St\u00fccke.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Das Gem\u00fcse klein\/mundgerecht schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den Knoblauch klein schneiden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In einem genug grossen Topf das Weisse der Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln, den Knoblauch und die Fideli im \u00d6l sanft anbraten, bis die Fideli leicht braun sind.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dann das Gr\u00fcne der Zwiebeln und alles Gem\u00fcse zugeben und ca. 2 Minuten braten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zuletzt die Fleischkugeln noch 2 Minuten mitbraten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den Bouillon zugeben und kochen, bis alles gar ist (ca. 10 Minuten).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gegen Ende mit Sojasauce und Pfeffer oder Piment d&#8217;Espelette abschmecken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fideli (mit Betonung auf dem langen &#8222;e&#8220;) oder Fidelini oder Vermicelli sind d\u00fcnnste Fadenteigwaren, die in der Schweiz als Suppeneinlage verwendet werden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Option: mit Currypulver einen asiatischen Touch geben.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\"
