In Wirklichkeit ist es sowas wie ein Dip zu griechischem Essen. Hatte es zum ersten mal in einem griechischen Restaurant in Bassersdorf und fand es cool f\u00fcr heisse Abende.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Melitzanosalata (Auberginen Dip)<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Griechenland (f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 Auberginen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>eine grosse Hand voll frische Petersilie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>eine kleine Hand voll frischer Oregano<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>wenige Bl\u00e4ttchen Minze<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>eine Prise gemahlener Kreuzk\u00fcmmel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Essl\u00f6ffel Bio-Zitronensaft<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Essl\u00f6ffel Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Auberginen mit der Gabel rundum einstechen, damit sie im Ofen nicht zerplatzen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Im Ofen bei 180\u00b0C 45 Minuten backen, bis sie sehr weich sind. In der H\u00e4lfte wenden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Petersilie, Minze und Oregano klein schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knoblauch auspressen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die Auberginen etwas abk\u00fchlen lassen, halbieren und dann mit einem L\u00f6ffel das Fleisch heraussch\u00e4len.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit einem Messer in kleine St\u00fcckchen schneiden und in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knoblauch, Kreuzk\u00fcmmel, Zitronensaft, \u00d6l, Petersilie, Minze und Oregano unterr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Min. \u00bd Stunde im K\u00fchlschrank ziehen lassen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mit Pita-Brot servieren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ist verwandt mit dem arabischen Baba Ghanoush Dip, nur ohne Tahini-Paste und nicht ganz past\u00f6s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:39px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
