In guten italienischen Restaurants las ich aber schon \u00f6fter von Pasta mit Rinderfiletspitzen oder eben-streifen. Teure Pasta \ud83d\ude42 Also  packte mich jetzt mal die Lust, es selber zu versuchen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Tagliatelle al filetto di manzo e pomodorini<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Italien (f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>600g Tagliatelle (Flachbandnudeln)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500g Rinderfilet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400g Cherrytomaten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Zwiebel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u20262 Knoblauchzehen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 grosser Schuss Rotwein<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 geh\u00e4ufter Essl\u00f6ffel Tomatenmark<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chilipulver (Piment d&#8217;Espelette)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>frischer Basilikum und\/oder Petersilie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>geriebener Parmesan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Das Filet in 5\u202610mm d\u00fcnne Streifen schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Cherrytomaten halbieren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zwiebel und Knoblauch klein schneiden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die Filetstreifen in wenig heissem \u00d6l in der Bratpfanne nur 2 Minuten scharf anbraten. Ggf. in 2 Portionen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In einem Teller beiseitestellen und salzen und pfeffern.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In derselben Pfanne im \u00d6l Zwiebeln und Knoblauch glasig d\u00fcnsten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Cherrytomaten zugeben und kurz danach Rotwein, Tomatenmark und je nach Sch\u00e4rfewunsch etwas Chili.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7 Minuten k\u00f6cheln, bis die Tomaten leicht zerfallen. Ggf. noch mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parallel dazu die Pasta al dente kochen, 1 Tasse Nudelwasser abheben. Pasta abgiessen und mit der Tomatensauce und dem Fleisch gut vermischen. Am Schluss noch etwas Nudelwasser beigeben.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Klar kann man auch billigeres Fleisch nehmen, aber mit nur kurz angebratenem Filet ist es halt k\u00f6stlich.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit geriebenem Parmesan servieren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:49px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
