Dabei ist es so einfach zum selber machen&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Els\u00e4sser Flammkuchen<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Frankreich (f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ca. 600g Fertigteig eckig 25x38cm (2x300g), ausgerollt (oder Zutaten f\u00fcr selbstgemachten Teig)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400g Cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 grosse Zwiebeln<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200g Bratspeck d\u00fcnn geschnitten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Muskatpulver<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zwiebeln in Ringe schneiden und vereinzeln.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Speck quer in Streifen schneiden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Den eckigen Teig je in ein mit Backpapier belegtes Ofenblech legen und von Hand sorgf\u00e4ltig bis zu den R\u00e4ndern ausdehnen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche regelm\u00e4ssig d\u00fcnn auf dem Teig verteilen. Rundum einen kleinen Rand belassen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Speckstreifen und Zwiebelringe darauf verteilen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit Pfeffer und etwas Muskat w\u00fcrzen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ca. 12 Minuten im Ofen bei 240\u00b0C backen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>F\u00fcr 4 Personen rechne ich hier mit 2 eckigen Kuchen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den Teig kann man nat\u00fcrlich auch selbst herstellen aus Mehl, Salz, Wasser und Oliven\u00f6l.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Im Gegensatz zum Pizzateig hat&#8217;s hier keine Hefe drin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salat
