Heute versuchte ich es mit einer Pasta Sauce zu Penne. Da mir reiner Ajvar dazu etwas zu peperonig vorkam, streckte ich die feine Sauce mit Tomaten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Ajvar Pasta Sauce<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Balkan (f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>300g Ajvar aus dem Glas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400g gehackte Tomaten aus der B\u00fcchse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 kleine Zwiebel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u20262 Knoblauchzehen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2dl Kochrahm (oder Rama)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Prise Zucker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>geriebener Parmesank\u00e4se<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>frische Kr\u00e4uter wie z.B. Basilikum oder Oregano<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zwiebel und Knoblauch klein schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pasta al dente kochen und eine Tasse Kochwasser beiseitestellen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In der kleinen Bratpfanne Zwiebeln im \u00d6l ca. 3 Minuten sachte d\u00fcnsten und gegen Schluss noch den Knoblauch zugeben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Tomaten zugeben und eine Prise Zucker. Ca. 5 Minuten einkochen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den Ajvar unterr\u00fchren und nochmals ca. 8 Minuten k\u00f6cheln.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gegen Schluss den Rahm unterr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unter die Pasta r\u00fchren und dabei noch etwas Pasta-Wasser zugeben, damit es nicht zu trocken wird.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In eine vorgew\u00e4rmte Servierschale geben und frische Kr\u00e4uter dar\u00fcber streuen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aivar ist eine Peperonisauce aus dem Balkan. Es gibt ihn mild oder scharf. Ich mag den scharfen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den Reibk\u00e4se wie \u00fcblich auf dem Teller dar\u00fcber streuen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:46px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
