Eine interessante Strategie, um den Preiskampf bei den bekannten Weinen zu umgehen.<\/li>\n<li>Interessant: ein Ros\u00e9 mit etwas weissen Trauben drin. Es stimmt also doch nicht, dass Ros\u00e9 niemals eine Mischung aus Rot- und Weisswein ist \ud83d\ude42<\/li>\n<li>Optimale Trinkreife max. 2 Jahre nach der Ernte.<\/li>\n<li>Preis ca. CHF 23.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Meine Degu (2018er):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>blasses lachsrosa<\/li>\n<li>mittlere Geruchsintensit\u00e4t nach:\n<ul>\n<li>Akazie<\/li>\n<li>Rose<\/li>\n<li>Quitte<\/li>\n<li>Melone<\/li>\n<li>Ananas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>jugendlich<\/li>\n<li>trocken<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4ure mittel (-)<\/li>\n<li>Alkohol mittel<\/li>\n<li>mittlerer K\u00f6rper<\/li>\n<li>mittlere Geschmacksaromen nach:\n<ul>\n<li>Apfel<\/li>\n<li>Grapefruit<\/li>\n<li>Aprikose<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>mittlerer Abgang<\/li>\n<li>Qualit\u00e4t gut<\/li>\n<li>kann getrunken werden, hat aber noch Reifepotential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fazit:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ein zarter Ros\u00e9, aber trotzdem (zum Gl\u00fcck) nicht lieblich. Im Vergleich zu spanischen Weissen fehlt ihm etwas das Knackige (S\u00e4ure). Aber das ist wohl auch Geschmackssache.
