Also kochte ich die italienische Sauce mit spanischer Wurst. Mittlerweile fand ich aber die Original Nduja Streichwurst im Lidl. Also nichts wie los und Original Nduja Spaghetti!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Calabrese Nduja Pasta Sauce<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Italien (f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>600g gesch\u00e4lte B\u00fcchsentomaten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200g Nduja Streichwurst aus Kalabrien (Alternative: Chorizo-Wurst)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Zwiebel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mediterrane Kr\u00e4uter (getrocknet oder frisch)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>eine grosse Hand voll frischer Basilikum<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>eine Prise Zucker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zwiebel und Knoblauch r\u00fcsten und klein schneiden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basilikum in Streifen schneiden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In der Bratpfanne in wenig \u00d6l zuerst die Zwiebeln und dann den Knoblauch and\u00fcnsten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Nduja Wurst zugeben und ca. 3 Minuten anbraten und umr\u00fchren bis sie zerflossen ist.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Tomaten zugeben und ca. 15 Minuten zugedeckt k\u00f6cheln. Dazwischen wenig Zucker und die Kr\u00e4uter (ohne Basilikum) zugeben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kurz vor Schluss den Basilikum unterr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Typischerweise mit Spaghetti. Diese vor dem Servieren mit der Sauce gut vermischen und dabei noch etwas Spaghetti-Kochwasser zugeben!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Und nat\u00fcrlich geriebenen Parmesan-K\u00e4se auf dem Teller dar\u00fcber streuen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Nduja di Spilinga ist eine fettige und scharfe kalabrische Streichwurst vom Schwein. Man kriegt die seit neustem bei Lidl. Ansonsten kann man spanische Chorizo-Wurst nehmen, diese pellen, in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden und dann in einem M\u00f6rser noch zerstampfen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery
