Wichtig: nur Ei, Speck, K\u00e4se und Pfeffer!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei mir etwas Deko mit rot und gr\u00fcn&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Spaghetti alla Carbonara<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Italien (f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>700g Spaghetti Nr. 5<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ein sch\u00f6nes St\u00fcck ger\u00e4ucherter Speck (ca. 300g), z.B. Panchetta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200g Parmesank\u00e4se<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 grosse Eier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Den Speck in ca. 2x2x1cm St\u00fccke schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dann in der Bratpfanne in wenig Oliven\u00f6l sanft anbraten. In einem Teller wegstellen ohne das \u00d6l.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Eier in einer Schale mit Gabel verquirlen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parmesank\u00e4se reiben und mit den Eiern gut mischen. Mit reichlich Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eine grosse Spaghetti Sch\u00fcssel im Ofen auf 80\u00b0C w\u00e4rmen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die Spaghetti in einer grossen Pfanne im Salzwasser mit einem Schuss \u00d6l al dente kochen und gut abtropfen. Etwas Kochwasser beiseitestellen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Spaghetti in die warme Sch\u00fcssel geben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Etwas lauwarmes Kochwasser in die Ei-K\u00e4se-Mischung geben und dann zusammen mit dem Speck in die heissen Spaghetti unterr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sofort heiss servieren.
