Heute gab&#8217;s dazu als Vorspeise Georgischen Orange-Wein (Rkatsiteli) und eben diese herrlich aromatischen H\u00e4ppchen als Vorspeise. Orange-Wein ist Traubenwein, der aus weissen Trauben aber im Rotweinverfahren gekeltert wird, also mit der H\u00e4uten vergoren. Das ergibt die etwas orange Farbe. Aktuell ist Orange-Wein bei Freaks sehr beliebt, aber auch umstritten. Abk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die F\u00fcllung zusammenstellen und in einem engen Gef\u00e4ss mixen:<ul><li>Zwiebel<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Knoblauch<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Paprikapulver<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Koriander<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Kreuzk\u00fcmmel<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Zimt<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Chili<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Waln\u00fcsse<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>ein grosser Schuss \u00d6l<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Essig<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>mit Salz abschmecken<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Konsistenz soll am Schluss streichf\u00e4hig, cremig sein. Mit Wasser und\/oder \u00d6l nachhelfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Jeweils 1\u20262 Teel\u00f6ffel Creme am schmalen Ende der Auberginenstreifen aufstreichen und ein paar Granatapfelkerne eindr\u00fccken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Streifen sorgf\u00e4ltig zusammenrollen und mit Zahnstocher fixieren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wenn man noch Creme \u00fcbrighat, kann man auch noch etwas oben auf die R\u00f6llchen geben inkl. Granatapfelkerne.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Georgisches Fingerfood. Als Vorspeise oder f\u00fcr&#8217;s Buffet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Badridschani heisst Aubergine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aus 2 mittelgrossen Auberginen sollte es ca. 8\u202610 R\u00f6llchen
