Es wird auch als Street Food verkauft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ich stell&#8216; es hier selber her:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u00e4ngliches Brot kaufen (Baguette, Pagnol etc., aber mit gen\u00fcgend Fl\u00e4che zum Tintenfischringe reinlegen) und l\u00e4ngs nicht ganz durchschneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tintenfischringe frisch oder aufgetaut. Es haben nicht so viele Platz in einem Brot (4&#8230;6). Wenn man es auf einem Teller serviert, kann man noch ein paar Ringe neben das Brot stellen. Ebenso z.B. ein paar Tomatenscheiben wie auf dem Foto unten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tintenfischringe mit K\u00fcchenpapier trocknen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mehl bereitstellen (original 1\/2 Weizenmehl und 1\/2 Kichererbsenmehl), sonst normales Weissmehl mit etwas Salz vermischt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Ringe gut im Mehl wenden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In der Bratpfanne mit viel Oliven\u00f6l frittieren, bis sie golden sind<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Auf Haushaltpapier abtropfen lassen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Das Original ist oft ohne Mayo. Aber das ist mir etwas zu trocken.
