Sauce Ideale von Knorr)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bdl Milch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bdl Wasser<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>350g Lasagne Bl\u00e4tter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Zwiebel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Karotten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1dl Rotwein<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2EL Tomatenpuree aus der Tube<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500g passierte oder gehackte Tomaten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ital. Gew\u00fcrze<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Muskat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weissmehl<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50g geriebener Parmesank\u00e4se<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Das Fleisch mit etwas Weissmehl bestreuen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zwiebeln, Knoblauch und Karotten klein schneiden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den Tomaten-Sugo herstellen:<ul><li>Das Fleisch kurz heiss anbraten<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Hitze zur\u00fccknehmen und Zwiebeln und Knoblauch beigeben, danach Tomatenp\u00fcree und Karotten.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Mit Rotwein abl\u00f6schen<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Passierte Tomaten beigeben und mit Salz, Pfeffer und wenig ital. Gew\u00fcrz w\u00fcrzen.<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Den Sugo ca. 25 Min. leicht kochen lassen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sauce Bechamel herstellen:<ul><li>In eine Pfanne je \u00bdl Milch und Wasser geben.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Mit dem Schwingbesen das Saucen-Pulver gut einr\u00fchren.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Mit etwas Pfeffer und Muskat w\u00fcrzen.<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Erhitzen und dabei immer gut r\u00fchren. Wenn es zu kochen anf\u00e4ngt, noch 1 Min. kochen lassen und dann vom Feuer nehmen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zuerst den Boden einer Ofen-Auflaufform mit Bechamel-Sauce leicht decken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dann abwechslungsweise 1 Lage Lasagne Bl\u00e4tter und je eine d\u00fcnne (!) Lage Tomaten-Sugo und Bechamel-Sauce aufschichten. Total ca. 5 Lagen Lasagne Bl\u00e4tter. Die Lasagne Bl\u00e4tter kann man brechen, um die ganze Fl\u00e4che zu decken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Schichtung\u00a0 mit der letzten Lage Lasagne Bl\u00e4tter beenden und diese mit etwas Bechamel decken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dann mit Reibk\u00e4se bestreuen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Im vorgeheizten Ofen bei 220\u00b0C ca. 25 Min. backen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Je nach Vorliebe kann man etwas variieren zwischen mehr Lasagne Bl\u00e4ttern und sehr d\u00fcnnen Schichten Sugo und Bechamel oder weniger Lasagne und dickeren Schichten. Total ca. 3&#8230;6 Schichten Lasagne Bl\u00e4tter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wenn die Lasagne am Anfang im Ofen grosse Blasen erzeugen, mit einem grossen L\u00f6ffel etwas niederdr\u00fccken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Am Ende des Backens mit Oberhitze-Grill die Lasagne sch\u00f6n braun machen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:46px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
