Die stiess auf so grosses Google-Interesse, dass ich nun das Rezept noch offiziell in meine Sammlung aufnehme und hier ver\u00f6ffentliche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adrio ist eine beliebte Schweizer Br\u00fchwurst. Das Adrio wird jedoch nicht in einen Naturdarm eingef\u00fcllt, sondern im Schweinsnetz eingewickelt. Die F\u00fcllung besteht aus fein gemahlenem Br\u00e4t aus Schweine- oder Kalbfleisch und im Original klein gew\u00fcrfelter Schweins- oder Kalbsleber.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Adrio<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schweiz (f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 Adrios (1 pro Person)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200g Champignons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Zwiebel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 rote Peperoni<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4\u20265 Essiggurken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 geh\u00e4ufte Essl\u00f6ffel Weissmehl<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2dl Fleisch-Bouillon (heisses Wasser mit \u00bd Bouillonw\u00fcrfel)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2dl Rotwein<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2dl Saucenhalbrahm (Rama)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Piment d\u2019Espelette (Chili)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zwiebel und Knoblauch klein schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Champignons waschen, trocknen und in Scheiben schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Peperoni r\u00fcsten und in d\u00fcnne Streifen schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Essiggurken l\u00e4ngs in d\u00fcnne Streifen schneiden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die Adrios in der Bratpfanne in etwas \u00d6l allseitig ca. 8 Minuten anbraten. Warm stellen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In einem kleinen Topf das Mehl in etwas \u00d6l ca. 2 Minuten leicht anr\u00f6sten (Mehlschwitze).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In der Bratpfanne auch in etwas \u00d6l die Zwiebeln d\u00fcnsten, dann die Peperonistreifen mitbraten und zuletzt Knoblauch und Champignons zugeben und leicht braten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alles in den Topf geben und unter die Schwitze r\u00fchren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bouillon, Rotwein, Rahm und Essiggurken sehr gut unterr\u00fchren und etwas k\u00f6cheln.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Sauce soll leicht s\u00e4mig sein, ggf. mit Wasser noch etwas verd\u00fcnnen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit Salz, Pfeffer und nach Wunsch Chili abschmecken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Adrios und die Sauce in eine Ofenform (oder noch perfekter in einen Le Creuset Br\u00e4ter) geben und im Ofen bei 200\u00b0C ca. 10 Minuten garen lassen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit frischer Petersilie bestreuen und servieren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
