F\u00fcr den Zusammenhalt werden Mehl und Ei verwendet. Ich hatte sie bis jetzt ausschliesslich im Restaurant oder abgepackt aus dem Supermarkt verzehrt. Und da war es nicht meine Leibspeise. Ich bevorzugte mein Leben lang &#8222;richtige&#8220; Teigwaren. Das hat sich jetzt echt ge\u00e4ndert nach meinen ersten selbst gemachten Gnocchi. Die haben richtig Biss. Ich begleitete sie mit  einer gr\u00fcner Pesto-Sauce und etwas ged\u00e4mpftem Federkohl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Gnocchi<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Italien (f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>750g mehlig kochende Kartoffeln<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ca. 300g Mehl<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ei<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Prise geriebene Muskatnuss<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parmesank\u00e4se zum dar\u00fcber reiben<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Das Ei aufklopfen und in einer kleinen Sch\u00fcssel verquirlen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kartoffeln je nach Gr\u00f6sse 20\u202630 Minuten weichkochen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heiss sch\u00e4len und in einer grossen Sch\u00fcssel sehr fein zerstampfen. Etwas abk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz, Muskatnuss und das Ei zugeben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Von Hand sehr gut vermischen und etappenweise Mehl zugeben, bis der Teig nicht mehr an den H\u00e4nden klebt, aber nicht br\u00f6cklig wird. Im K\u00fchlschrank etwas ruhen lassen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den Teig auf einem mit wenig Mehl bedeckten Untergrund mit der Handfl\u00e4che zu daumendicken Rollen formen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2cm lange St\u00fccke aus den Rollen schneiden und mit einer Gabel allseitig etwas eindr\u00fccken, damit es Rillen gibt.&nbsp;Auf Backtrennpapier legen, damit nichts klebt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diese Gnocchi portionenweise im nur knapp siedenden Salzwasser ca. 6 Minuten ziehen lassen, bis sie obenauf schwimmen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit der Schaumkelle rausnehmen, abtropfen und in eine Serviersch\u00fcssel geben.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die Gnocchi werden meist mit einer unterger\u00fchrten Sauce serviert: zum Beispiel mit Salbei und fl\u00fcssiger Butter oder mit einer herk\u00f6mmlichen Pasta oder Pesto Sauce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Auch gerne mit leichtem Gem\u00fcse wie Blattspinat oder Federkohl.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Und nat\u00fcrlich auf dem Teller geriebenen Parmesan dar\u00fcber streuen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Rillen sind dazu da, dass die Sauce besser haftet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wie bei allen Teiggerichten ist das wegen der Handarbeit zeitlich aufwendiger als das kurze Rezept vermuten l\u00e4sst.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:48px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery
