Es musste nun endlich mal auf meinen Tisch. Da die k\u00e4ufliche Sauce wirklich gut schmeckt, verzichtete ich auf die eigene Herstellung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Pad Thai<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thailand (f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>250g breite Reis-Bandnudeln<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400g kleine gesch\u00e4lte Scampi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300g Mungosprossen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Eier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Limette<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sesam\u00f6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>eine Hand voll Erdn\u00fcsse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Essl\u00f6ffel Zucker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Essl\u00f6ffel Tamarindenpaste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ein grosser Spritzer Fischsauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>wenig Chiliflocken (je nach Sch\u00e4rfewunsch)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Salzwasser in grossem Topf zum Kochen bringen und dann Platte abschalten. Darin die Nudeln ca. 10 Minuten (nach Anleitung) einweichen. Sie sollen bissfest und nicht matschig sein. Mit kaltem Wasser absp\u00fclen, abtropfen und beiseitelegen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln waschen und den gr\u00fcnen Teil in 3cm lange St\u00fccke schneiden und dann l\u00e4ngs noch halbieren. Den weissen Teil klein schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knoblauch klein schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Eier in einer kleinen Sch\u00fcssel verquirlen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Erdn\u00fcsse im M\u00f6rser zerkleinern.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Limette waschen. Eine H\u00e4lfte f\u00fcr die Sauce verwenden und den Rest in kleine Schnitze schneiden als Dekoration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Sauce in einem sehr kleinen Topf herstellen aus:<ul><li>1dl Wasser<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Zucker<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Tamarindenpaste<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Fischsauce<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Chiliflocken<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00bd ausgepresste Limette<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Kurz k\u00f6cheln und r\u00fchren, bis alles aufgel\u00f6st ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Im Wok oder einer grossen Bratpfanne mit Sesam\u00f6l das Weisse der Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln sowie den Knoblauch sachte and\u00fcnsten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Scampi zugeben und ein paar Minuten braten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Reisnudeln zusammen mit der H\u00e4lfte der Sauce sehr gut unterr\u00fchren. Kurz k\u00f6cheln und dann die Nudeln auf eine Seite der Pfanne schieben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Auf der anderen freien Seite das fl\u00fcssige Ei kurz anbraten und dann unter die Nudeln mischen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dann nacheinander die Mungosprossen, das Gr\u00fcne der Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln, die Erdn\u00fcsse und den Rest der Sauce unterr\u00fchren und kurz heiss kochen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In eine Servierschale geben und die Limetten obenauf.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die Pad Thai Sauce gibt es auch fertig im Beutel zu kaufen. Keine schlechte Alternative. Ich pimpe sie noch mit Limettensaft und Fischsauce auf.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Phat Thai oder Pad Thai ist ein traditionelles Nudelgericht der thail\u00e4ndischen K\u00fcche.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div
