Die servieren das schwedische Nationalgericht in den Restaurants ihrer M\u00f6belh\u00e4user. Habe mich aber nie dort verk\u00f6stigt \ud83d\ude42 Das musste nun mal auf meinen Tisch. Fazit: na ja&#8230; Neues versuchen ist cool, aber ein Standardgericht wird das glaube ich bei mir nicht. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>K\u00f6ttbullar<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schweden (f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ca. 650g Rinderhackfleisch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ein paar Essl\u00f6ffel gekochte und gezuckerte Preiselbeeren<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Teile eines kleinen Br\u00f6tchens (Semmel), ca. 50g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2.5dl Kochrahm (Rama) oder Cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Butter und\/oder \u00d6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd Essl\u00f6ffel Zucker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ei<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Zwiebel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ca. 2 Essl\u00f6ffel Maisst\u00e4rke (Maizena)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3dl Fleischbouillon (heisses Wasser und 1 Bouillonw\u00fcrfel)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Schuss Sojasauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Teel\u00f6ffel Senf<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Bund frische Petersilie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer und\/oder Piment, Salz<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Semmel, Zwiebel, Knoblauch und Petersilie klein schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Das Maizena in einem kleinen Glas mit kaltem Wasser gut aufl\u00f6sen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die H\u00e4lfte der Zwiebeln und des Knoblauchs mit wenig Zucker in der Bratpfanne in etwas Butter oder \u00d6l gold-braun karamellisieren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In einer grossen Schale das Hackfleisch, die karamellisierten Zwiebel\/Knoblauch, Semmelbr\u00f6sel, \u00bddl Rahm, das Ei, einen Teil der Petersilie, Pfeffer und Salz von Hand sehr gut vermischen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dann von Hand ca. 40 Kugeln mit gut 3cm Durchmesser formen. Wenn m\u00f6glich, die Kugeln 1\u20262 Stunden in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen, damit sie fester werden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Hackkugeln in einer gen\u00fcgend grossen Bratpfanne (ggf. in 2 Portionen) in Butter oder \u00d6l ca. 8\u202610 Minuten rundum goldbraun braten, aber nicht verbrennen. Sie werden danach noch gek\u00f6chelt. Beiseitestellen, jedoch den Bratensatz in der Pfanne lassen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In den Bratensatz noch etwas \u00d6l oder Butter geben und die andere H\u00e4lfte Zwiebeln\/Knoblauch and\u00fcnsten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nacheinander 2dl Rahm, den Fleischbouillon, wenig Senf und Sojasauce zugeben und aufkochen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nach und nach Maizena-Wasser zugeben, bis die Sauce genug s\u00e4mig ist.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit Pfeffer\/Piment abschmecken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Fleischb\u00e4llchen wieder zugeben und das Ganze noch ca. 10 Minuten leicht k\u00f6cheln.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Am Schluss den Rest der Petersilie dar\u00fcber streuen und auf dem Teller nach Belieben die s\u00fcss-sauren Preiselbeeren draufgeben.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Schweden und die Schweiz werden in fernen L\u00e4ndern oft verwechselt. Auch diese Speise sieht mir nicht so un\u00e4hnlich aus wie Schweizer Hackt\u00f6tschli &amp; Co.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Als Beilage ist Kartoffelstock fast vorgegeben. Rezept siehe unten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Kartoffelstock<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1kg mehlig kochende Kartoffeln<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>70g Butter (3&#8230;4 Essl\u00f6ffel)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2dl Milch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer, Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Muskatnuss gerieben<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kartoffeln sch\u00e4len und in grobe St\u00fccke schneiden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die Kartoffeln zugedeckt ca. 25 Minuten weichkochen, bis ein R\u00fcstmesser nicht mehr stecken bleibt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wasser abtropfen lassen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In einer grossen Sch\u00fcssel mit dem Kartoffelstampfer zerstampfen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Butter und Milch erw\u00e4rmen und dann gut unter den Kartoffelstock r\u00fchren, ebenso reichlich Salz, Pfeffer und Muskatnuss.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:44px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
