TexMex Food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Guacamole<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mexico (f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 reife Avocados<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 kleine reife Tomate (oder eine Hand voll Cherrytomaten)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Limette<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd (rote) Zwiebel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Prise Chilipulver (z.B. Piment d&#8217;Espelette)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>eine Hand voll frischer Koriander<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die Avocados l\u00e4ngs halbieren und den grossen Stein entfernen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Das Fruchtfleisch mit einem L\u00f6ffel ausschaben und in eine Schale geben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zwiebel, Tomate und Koriander sehr klein schneiden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die Limette auf dem Avocado-Fleisch ausdr\u00fccken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ebenso den Knoblauch auspressen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zwiebel, Tomate und Koriander zugeben. Ebenso Chilipulver, je nach Sch\u00e4rfewunsch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jetzt mit einer Gabel alles gut mischen und fein zerdr\u00fccken, bis ein cremiges Mus entsteht.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Optional wird h\u00e4ufig noch eine Prise Kreuzk\u00fcmmel zugemischt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Typisch als Dip-Sauce zu Tacos, Nachos, Burritos etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sie Sauce gibt&#8217;s auch fertig im Supermarkt. Durch die Haltbarkeitszusatzstoffe ist sie aber nie so angenehm wie selbst gemachte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:48px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
