Dill und Safran machen das noch leckerer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Tagliatelle al Salmone<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Italien (f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ca. 350g R\u00e4ucherlachs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500g Tagliatelle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Zwiebel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2dl Saucenrahm (Rama)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1dl Weisswein<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>einige Safranf\u00e4den<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>eine Hand voll frische Petersilie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>frischer Dill<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Den Lachs in mundgerechte Streifen schneiden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zwiebel und Knoblauch klein schneiden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Petersilie klein schneiden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dill zerzupfen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In einer Bratpfanne im \u00d6l die Zwiebel sachte d\u00fcnsten. Gegen Schluss den Knoblauch zugeben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit Weisswein abl\u00f6schen und auf die H\u00e4lfte einkochen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den Rahm und die Safranf\u00e4den zugeben und etwas k\u00f6cheln.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Salz braucht&#8217;s nicht viel, weil der ger\u00e4ucherte Lachs schon salzig ist.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dann die Lachsst\u00fccke vorsichtig unterr\u00fchren und ebenso den Dill. Leicht k\u00f6cheln, bis der Lachs heiss ist.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parallel dazu die Tagliatelle im Salzwasser al-dente kochen. Am Schluss 1 Tasse Kochwasser absch\u00f6pfen. Die Tagliatelle abseihen und in die Pfanne zur\u00fcckgeben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zuletzt die Tagliatelle und die Lachssauce zusammen mit Petersilie zusammenf\u00fchren. Etwas Kochwasser zugeben, damit es sch\u00f6n fl\u00fcssig wird.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Man kann auch frischen statt ger\u00e4ucherten Lachs nehmen. Dann aber l\u00e4nger in der Sauce k\u00f6cheln. Oder die Lachsst\u00fccke sogar zuerst in etwas \u00d6l anbraten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gerne auch noch weitere frische K\u00fcchenkr\u00e4uter in der Sauce k\u00f6cheln.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wird oft mit einem Schuss Cognac (Branntwein) verfeinert.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:44px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery
