Er gibt dem einfachen Gericht eine herrliche S\u00e4migkeit und F\u00fclle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>H\u00f6rnlisalat<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schweiz (f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>300\u2026500g H\u00f6rnli Teigwaren (je nachdem, ob der Salat Hauptgericht oder Beilage ist)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Essiggurken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200g Emmentaler K\u00e4se<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150g Schinkenw\u00fcrfel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 hartgesottene Eier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln (nur das Gr\u00fcne)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Essl\u00f6ffel fettarme Mayonnaise<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Essl\u00f6ffel Senf<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Essl\u00f6ffel Nature-Joghurt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Essl\u00f6ffel \u00d6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Essl\u00f6ffel Weisswein-Essig<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln waschen und das Gr\u00fcne in feine Ringe schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Essiggurken in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ebenso den K\u00e4se.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Und die Eier.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die H\u00f6rnli im Salzwasser al dente kochen und abgiessen. Wenn man keine gekochten Eier hat, die rohen Eier mitkochen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In einer f\u00fcr das ganze Gericht gen\u00fcgend grossen Schale die Sauce herstellen aus Mayonnaise, Senf, Joghurt, \u00d6l und Essig. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Gut verr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dann Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln, Gew\u00fcrzgurken, K\u00e4se und Schinken gut mit der Sauce mischen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schliesslich die noch heissen H\u00f6rnli untermischen und zuletzt sorgf\u00e4ltig noch die Eier.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Im K\u00fchlschrank ziehen lassen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Weitere m\u00f6gliche Zutaten sind zum Beispiel Maisk\u00f6rner oder gew\u00fcrfelte rote oder gr\u00fcne Peperoni.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>F\u00fcr Nicht-Schweizer: H\u00f6rnli sind relativ kleine
