Es gibt ihn nat\u00fcrlich in beliebig vielen Varianten der Zubereitung. Die in fetter Mayonnaise find ich etwas gar billig. Am aromatischsten wird es mit einer Bouillon-Sauce, die man l\u00e4ngere Zeit einziehen l\u00e4sst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Kartoffelsalat<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schweiz (f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1kg festkochende Kartoffeln<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 kleine oder \u00bd grosse Zwiebel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd Gem\u00fcsebouillon-W\u00fcrfel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Essl\u00f6ffel Weissweinessig<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Essl\u00f6ffel Senf<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Essl\u00f6ffel \u00d6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Essl\u00f6ffel fettreduzierte Mayonnaise<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Hand voll frischer Schnittlauch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zwiebel r\u00fcsten und klein schneiden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schnittlauch klein schneiden<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kartoffeln bissfest kochen (je nach Gr\u00f6sse 20\u202630 Minuten).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kurz kalt abschrecken und dann sofort mit einem R\u00fcstmesser sch\u00e4len und in ca. \u00bd cm dicke Scheiben schneiden. In eine gen\u00fcgend grosse Schale geben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sauce herstellen:<ul><li>In einem kleinen Topf den Gem\u00fcsebouillon mit 2dl Wasser und den gehackten Zwiebeln ca. 5 Minuten aufkochen. Etwas abk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Essig, Senf, \u00d6l und Mayonnaise mit dem Schwingbesen gut unterr\u00fchren.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Schnittlauch zugeben.<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die warme Sauce \u00fcber die warmen Kartoffeln giessen und vorsichtig unterr\u00fchren.
