Der Wein stand nat\u00fcrlich im Mittelpunkt. Aber die Landschaft und das Essen hatten ebenso grossen Anteil am Gelingen. Das Wetter war perfekt, nicht zu heiss und nicht zu k\u00fchl. Zum Thema Bio kam ich, weil ich 3 der 5 Weing\u00fcter bzw. deren Repr\u00e4sentant*innen von meinen Degus in der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kueferweg.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Bio-Weinhandlung K\u00fcferweg<\/strong><\/a> in Seon (AG) kannte. Zu meiner \u00dcberraschung erfuhr ich dann auf der Reise, dass das Piemont wahrlich eine Vorreiterin in Sachen Biowein ist. Viele der so ber\u00fchmten Produzenten haben schon vor l\u00e4ngerem umgestellt und weitere sind aktuell dabei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>F\u00fcr interessierte Nachahmer poste ich hier mal das
