Gew\u00fcrzt wird sie in der Regel mit Salz, Pfeffer, Knoblauch, Muskatnuss, Nelken und Zimt sowie Weiss- oder Rotwein, manchmal auch Grappa. Man kann die Luganigha im Wasser sieden, in der Pfanne braten oder auf den Grill legen. Oder man kann die Wursthaut entfernen, die F\u00fcllung in mehr oder weniger grosse W\u00fcrfel schneiden und als Zutat f\u00fcr die Zubereitung eines Risotto verwenden oder sie zusammen mit Tomaten und Gem\u00fcse zu einer aromatischen Pastasauce verarbeiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich liebe diese Variante mit gebratenen W\u00fcrsten und gesunden Linsen und Gem\u00fcse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a><strong><u>Tessiner Linsentopf mit Luganighe<\/u><\/strong><\/a><strong><u><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schweiz (f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 Tessiner Luganighe W\u00fcrste (je ca. 150g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300g gr\u00fcne Linsen (zum Kochen in ca. 30 Minuten, ohne Einweichen)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2&#8230;4 Stengel Stangensellerie (ca. 200g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 grosse Karotten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Tomaten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wenig frischen Ingwer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Zwiebel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 dl Rotwein<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4dl Wasser<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Bouillon-W\u00fcrfel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paprika-Pulver<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Frische Petersilie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stangensellerie, Karotten, Tomaten, Zwiebel, Knoblauch, Ingwer klein schneiden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Petersilie klein schneiden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tomaten r\u00fcsten und klein schneiden<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Luganighe in der Bratpfanne im heissen \u00d6l knapp 10 Minuten auf allen Seiten anbraten (Achtung: Deckel drauf, es spritzt!). W\u00fcrste beiseite stellen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zwiebeln mit Paprika in mittelgrossem Topf im Oliven\u00f6l and\u00fcnsten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dann Knoblauch, Sellerie, Karotten und Ingwer beigeben und ca. 5 Minuten d\u00fcnsten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Linsen beigeben, kurz mitd\u00fcnsten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abl\u00f6schen mit Rotwein<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heisses Wasser und Bouillon-W\u00fcrfel beigeben<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tomaten beigeben und alles ca. 20 Minuten leicht kochen lassen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ggf. Wasser beigeben, wenn es zu trocken wird<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit Pfeffer und Salz w\u00fcrzen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Luganighe beigeben und weitere 10 Minuten mitkochen, bis die Linsen und das Gem\u00fcse weich sind.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Frische gehackte Petersilie dar\u00fcber verteilen und servieren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Linsen haben z.T. sehr unterschiedliche Kochzeiten, bis sie weich sind. Auf jeden Fall schnellkochende kleine Linsen nehmen mit angegebener Kochzeit von ca. 30 Minuten. Die gesamte Kochzeit des Eintopfs richtet sich nach dem gar werden der Linsen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:43px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure
