Also gab&#8217;s diesmal die Pasta Variante. Ich liebe Steinpilze. \ud83d\ude42 Das Genialste war aber der Asinone! Kam wieder mal auf ein &#8222;hervorragend&#8220;, die h\u00f6chste Auszeichnung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Penne ai funghi porcini (Penne an Steinpilzsauce)<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Italien (f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500g Penne (Teigwarenr\u00f6hren)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50\u202660g getrocknete Steinpilze<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Zwiebel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2dl Kochrahm (Rama)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2dl Weisswein<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 grosse Hand voll frische Petersilie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Essl\u00f6ffel Mehl<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parmesank\u00e4se<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die getrockneten Steinpilze in warmem Wasser min \u00bdh einweichen. Dann abgiessen und das duftende Wasser behalten!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zwiebel und Knoblauch r\u00fcsten und klein schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Petersilie klein schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mehl und Wein in einem Glas vermischen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zwiebel und Knoblauch in der Bratpfanne im \u00d6l and\u00fcnsten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Steinpilze zugeben und ca. 3 Minuten mitd\u00fcnsten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit dem Mehl\/Wein abl\u00f6schen und ca. 3 Minuten k\u00f6cheln.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den Rahm zugeben und ca. 10 Minuten k\u00f6cheln. Dabei laufend ziemlich viel Pilzwasser zugeben, so dass die Sauce eine angenehme Konsistenz (nicht zu dick) hat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Petersilie unterr\u00fchren und mit reichlich Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parallel dazu die Penne im Salzwasser al dente kochen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Pilzsauce unterr\u00fchren und heiss servieren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Auf dem Teller mit Parmesan bestreuen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Auf dem Foto noch mit Olivenresten erg\u00e4nzt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:41px\"
