Wohl weil Konserven in Blechb\u00fcchsen als altmodisch und uncool gelten. In der Kindheit war das noch anders: B\u00fcchsenravioli waren voll modern und IN. In wertvollem Oliven\u00f6l gelagerte Qualit\u00e4ts-Sardinen sind jedoch wieder hip und werden in Gourmet-L\u00e4den teuer angeboten. Ein ca. 100g B\u00fcchschen mit 4 kopflosen Fischen reicht gerade f\u00fcr eine Person. Und wie oft bei Meerestieren plante ich sie in galizischer Art mit Kartoffeln und der rauchigen Ajada Sauce ein. Me gusta mucho!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>\u00d6lsardinen mit Kartoffeln galizische Art<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rodolfos Erfindung (f\u00fcr 1 Person)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ca. 100g \u00d6lsardinen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250g Kartoffeln (4&#8230;5 St\u00fcck)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 Zwiebel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 \u00fcbervoller Teel\u00f6ffel Piment\u00f3n de la Vera (ger\u00e4uchertes Paprikapulver)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>frische glatte Petersilie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ein Schuss Weisswein<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Essl\u00f6ffel Weissweinessig<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>wenige getrocknete Lorbeerbl\u00e4tter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die Sardinen abtropfen und je in 2..3 St\u00fccke schneiden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knoblauch klein schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zwiebel in halbe Ringe schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Kartoffeln sch\u00e4len.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Petersilie klein schneiden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die Kartoffeln in einem Topf im Salzwasser mit einem Schuss Weisswein und den Lorbeerbl\u00e4ttern nicht zu weich kochen. 1 Glas Kochwasser entnehmen f\u00fcr die Ajada. Die Kartoffeln abtropfen und in mundgerechte St\u00fccke schneiden. Beiseite legen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In einer Bratpfanne im Oliven\u00f6l Zwiebeln und Knoblauch sachte d\u00fcnsten. Paprikapulver beigeben. Ebenso wenige Essl\u00f6ffel vom Kochwasser und einen Essl\u00f6ffel weissen Essig unterr\u00fchren. Das ist dann die sogenannte Ajada, die rote, rauchige galizische Sauce zu Fischen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nun die Sardinen und Kartoffeln zugeben, ganz sachte aber gut umr\u00fchren und ca. 5 Minuten ziehen lassen. Die Fische zerfallen dabei nat\u00fcrlich ein bisschen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit frischer Petersilie servieren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div
