Ich ass fr\u00fcher oft dort. Heute haben (leider) Pizza und Kebap viele Chinesen abgel\u00f6st oder es sind nur noch Take-Aways \u00fcbrig geblieben. Gute (und teure) China-Restaurants haben aber immer noch sehr viel zu bieten. Das gr\u00f6sste Volk der Erde hat eine tolle K\u00fcche. Und ich halte die Tradition in meiner K\u00fcche aufrecht. Auch wenn sicher ein echter Chinese l\u00e4chelt \u00fcber meine China-Rezepte. Es schmeckte jedenfalls hervorragend \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als Getr\u00e4nk \u00fcbrigens mal kein Wein. Bier passt besser!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Sweet &amp; Sour Chicken<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asien (f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>600g H\u00fchnerbrust-W\u00fcrfel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Essl\u00f6ffel Sojasauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maizena<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ei<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>edels\u00fcsses Paprikapulver<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sesam\u00f6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 rote und 1 gelbe Peperoni<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 kleine B\u00fcchse Ananasscheiben<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Essl\u00f6ffel Ketchup<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Essl\u00f6ffel Reis- oder Weissweinessig<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Essl\u00f6ffel Tomatenmark aus der Tube<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Essl\u00f6ffel Zucker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Prise Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>eine Handvoll Sesamk\u00f6rner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ggf. etwas Chiliflocken<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In einer Schale die Marinade f\u00fcr das Fleisch herstellen aus:<ul><li>dem verquirlten Ei<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>2 Essl\u00f6ffel Sojasauce<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>etwas Paprikapulver<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Das Fleisch waschen und ggf. noch in nicht zu kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In einer weiteren Schale 4 Essl\u00f6ffel Maizena gut verteilen. Das Fleisch reingeben und von Hand gut mit dem Maizena einreiben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dann das Fleisch in die Marinade geben sorgf\u00e4ltig umr\u00fchren und min. \u00bdh im K\u00fchlschrank marinieren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Peperoni und die Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln r\u00fcsten und in mundgerechte St\u00fccke schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Ananasscheiben aus der B\u00fcchse nehmen, sehr gut abtropfen, trocknen und je in 6 St\u00fccke schneiden. Den Saft behalten!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Essl\u00f6ffel Maizena im Ananassaft gut aufl\u00f6sen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Das marinierte Fleisch abtropfen und in der Bratpfanne im heissen Sesam\u00f6l portionenweise vorsichtig aber heiss je Seite ca. 3 Minuten braten, so dass die Marinade knusprig goldbraun wird und am Fleisch als Panade haften bleibt. Die St\u00fccke nur 1x umdrehen! Im warmen Ofen beiseitestellen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In derselben Pfanne im Sesam\u00f6l die Peperoni und Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln anbraten, bis sie knackig sind. Gegen Ende &nbsp;die Ananasst\u00fccke zugeben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tomatenmark unterr\u00fchren und kurz r\u00f6sten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ketchup, Essig, Zucker und Salz zugeben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wenn man alles scharf mag wie ich, noch etwas Chiliflocken zugeben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den Ananassaft mit dem Maizena unterr\u00fchren und aufkochen bis die Masse eingedickt ist. Ggf. mit etwas Wasser verd\u00fcnnen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Das H\u00fchnerfleisch sorgf\u00e4ltig unterr\u00fchren und kurz heiss aufkochen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Etwas Sesamk\u00f6rner obenauf streuen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mit Basmatireis servieren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:44px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
