Es ist in fast jedem lokalen Restaurant auf der Insel erh\u00e4ltlich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Tumbet<\/u><\/strong> (mallorquinischer Gem\u00fcsegratin)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mallorca (f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>450g Kartoffeln<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 grosse oder 2 kleine Auberginen (ca. 400g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2\u20263 Peperonis (ca. 500g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Zwiebel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3\u20264 Tomaten (ca. 400g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Knoblauchzehen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>800g B\u00fcchse gehackte Tomaten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Prise Zucker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ein Schuss Rotwein<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ein paar getrocknete Lorbeerbl\u00e4tter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kartoffeln sch\u00e4len und in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ebenso die Aubergine und Tomaten in ca. 0.5cm d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Peperoni r\u00fcsten und in Streifen schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Zwiebel r\u00fcsten und in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden und in Ringe vereinzeln.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den Knoblauch klein schneiden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In einer grossen Bratpfanne Kartoffeln, Aubergine, Peperoni, Zwiebel und Tomaten hintereinander in reichlich \u00d6l gut anbraten. Ggf. jeweils in 2 Durchg\u00e4ngen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Einzeln beiseitestellen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den Knoblauch kurz im \u00d6l and\u00fcnsten und die gehackten Tomaten zugeben und einen Schuss Rotwein sowie die Lorbeerbl\u00e4tter. Diese Tomatensauce gut 10 Minuten k\u00f6cheln, bis sie etwas eingedickt ist. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und wenig Zucker w\u00fcrzen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In einer eher hohen Auflaufform schichtweise Kartoffeln, Aubergine, Zwiebeln, Peperoni und Tomaten aufschichten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zuoberst die Tomatensauce verteilen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Im Ofen bei 180\u00b0C ca. 20 Minuten backen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ist \u00e4hnlich wie Ratatouille.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kann als Beilage zu Fleisch oder Fisch serviert werden oder alleine als Vegi-Menu mit Brot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tombet ist am n\u00e4chsten Tag noch aromatischer.
