Wikipedia sagt: Das Gyros bezeichnet eine griechische Zubereitungsart f\u00fcr Fleisch und ist dem t\u00fcrkischen D\u00f6ner Kebab in der \u00e4usserlichen Form und Zubereitungsart \u00e4hnlich, unterscheidet sich aber wesentlich von ihm darin, dass f\u00fcr die Zubereitung des klassischen Gyros traditionell Fleischst\u00fccke vom Schwein verwendet werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die junge Firma <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eatplanted.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Planted Foods AG<\/a><\/strong> in 8310 Kempthal, in meiner N\u00e4he, stellt aktuell meiner Meinung nach eines der besten Fleischersatz-Produkte her. Am liebsten mag ich das geschnetzelte Chicken. Daraus gab&#8217;s nun ein Vegi-Gyros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Vegi-Gyros<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Griechenland (f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>600g Vegi-Geschnetzeltes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Zwiebel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1&#8230;2 Tomaten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paprikapulver<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chiliflocken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thymian<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oregano<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kreuzk\u00fcmmel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Das Vegi-Geschnetzelte ggf. noch teilweise in d\u00fcnnere Streifen schneiden. Es d\u00fcrfen d\u00fcnne, nicht zu kleine Streifen sein.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Zwiebel halbieren und in Streifen schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den Knoblauch klein hacken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Tomate in schmale Schnitze schneiden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marinade herstellen aus:<ul><li>5 Essl\u00f6ffel Oliven\u00f6l<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>1 Teel\u00f6ffel Salz (fleur de sel)<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Pfeffer<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>1 Teel\u00f6ffel Paprikapulver<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Chiliflocken<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>1 Handvoll frischer Thymian<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>1 Handvoll frischer Oregano<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>1 Teel\u00f6ffel Kreuzk\u00fcmmel<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zwiebelstreifen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knoblauch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Das Geschnetzelte mit der Marinade gut einreiben und min. \u00bd Tag ziehen lassen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Das Planted Chicken in der Bratpfanne kurz und heiss braten. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kurz vor Schluss die Tomaten-Schnitze unterr\u00fchren und noch kurz mitbraten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
