Ohne den Saft, da es sonst zu fl\u00fcssig wird!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In einer kleinen Bratpfanne die Brotw\u00fcrfel und den Knoblauch mit etwas Oliven\u00f6l golden r\u00f6sten und beiseite legen.<\/li>\n<li>In der selben Bratpfanne ohne \u00d6l die Mandeln und Haseln\u00fcsse sehr sachte leicht anr\u00f6sten (ca. 1 Minute). Danach im M\u00f6rser etwas zerstampfen.<\/li>\n<li>Brot, Knoblauch, Mandeln, N\u00fcsse und Tomaten in ein hohes schmales Gef\u00e4ss zum mixen geben. Piment\u00f3n, Chili, Salz, Essig und 4 Essl\u00f6ffel Oliven\u00f6l beigeben und mit dem Stabmixer s\u00e4mig mixen.<\/li>\n<li>Min. 2 Stunden ziehen lassen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tipp<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die nussige Romesco Sauce ist sehr verbreitet in Katalonien (Region Tarragona).
