{"id":812,"date":"2014-11-25T15:35:15","date_gmt":"2014-11-25T14:35:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/?p=812"},"modified":"2023-02-05T22:58:08","modified_gmt":"2023-02-05T21:58:08","slug":"habas-al-atun","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/habas-al-atun\/","title":{"rendered":"Habas al at\u00fan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>(Saubohnen mit Thunfisch)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zutaten<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 B\u00fcchse gekochter Thunfisch nature (ca. 200g)<\/li>\n<li>1 B\u00fcchse Saubohnen gekocht (grosse weisse Bohnen, ca. 400g)<\/li>\n<li>10 Silberzwiebeln aus dem Glas<\/li>\n<li>3 Essl\u00f6ffel Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>3 Essl\u00f6ffel Weinessig<\/li>\n<li>1 Prise Salz (Fleur de sel)<\/li>\n<li>1 Prise Zucker<\/li>\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd Bund frische Petersilie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vorbereitung<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die beiden B\u00fcchsen \u00f6ffnen, den Thunfisch abtropfen, die Bohnen in einem Sieb gut waschen.<\/li>\n<li>Die Petersilie klein hacken.<\/li>\n<li>Die Silberzwiebeln vier teilen.<\/li>\n<li>Vinaigrette herstellen aus:\n<ul>\n<li>Weinessig<\/li>\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n<li>Zucker<\/li>\n<li>reichlich Pfeffer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Den Thunfisch in eine grosse Schale geben und von Hand zerteilen.<\/li>\n<li>Die Silberzwiebeln beigeben.<\/li>\n<li>Die Bohnen beigeben.<\/li>\n<li>Die gehackte Petersilie beigeben.<\/li>\n<li>Die Vinaigrette mit einem L\u00f6ffel sorgf\u00e4ltig untermischen (die weichen Bohnen sind zerbrechlich).<\/li>\n<li>So lange wie m\u00f6glich ziehen lassen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tipp<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zur Aufwertung dieses sehr einfachen Tapas kann man zum Beispiel klein gehackte gekochte Eier oder Tomaten beigeben und etwas Chilipaste unterr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>Je l\u00e4nger ziehen lassen, desto geschmackvoller.<\/li>\n<li>Die sehr traditionsreichen Faustino Weine gibt es mittlerweile in jedem Supermarkt zu g\u00fcnstigen Preisen. Der Topwein Faustino I ist unverkennbar an der dunklen, rauhen Flaschenoberf\u00e4che und dem Netzchen. Die Flasche kennt wohl jedes Kind.
