F\u00fcr die Vinifikation der Weine ist heute Laura Lorenzo zust\u00e4ndig. S\u00e4mtliche Prozesse der Weinbereitung laufen so schonend wie m\u00f6glich ab und erfolgen nach biodynamischen Richtlinien. Im Weinkeller verwenden sie lediglich Beton- und Holzgef\u00e4sse, um so m\u00f6glichst klar und unverf\u00e4lscht die regionalen Sortentypizit\u00e4ten hervorzuheben. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gegr\u00fcndet wurde die Bodegas von den Br\u00fcdern Dominguez. Bereits nach wenigen Jahren z\u00e4hlen diese herrlich autochthonen und finessenreichen, k\u00fchlen Weine zu den gesuchtesten und bestbewerteten der Region. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimale Trinkreife max. 12 Jahre nach der Ernte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preis ca.
