
{"id":742,"date":"2014-12-06T22:22:20","date_gmt":"2014-12-06T21:22:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/?p=742"},"modified":"2023-02-05T22:54:38","modified_gmt":"2023-02-05T21:54:38","slug":"atun-a-la-plancha","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/atun-a-la-plancha\/","title":{"rendered":"At\u00fan a la plancha"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>(gebratener Thunfisch)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zutaten<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ca. 500g Thunfisch-Filets (2 St\u00fcck)<\/li>\n<li>2 Essl\u00f6ffel Zitronensaft<\/li>\n<li>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/li>\n<li>etwas frischer Rosmarin<\/li>\n<li>Salz (fleur de sel)<\/li>\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n<li>2 Essl\u00f6ffel Weisswein<\/li>\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vorbereitung<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Thunfisch-Filets halbieren, damit man 4 St\u00fccke erh\u00e4lt.<\/li>\n<li>In einem M\u00f6rser eine Marinade herstellen aus Zitronensaft, gepresster Knoblauchzehe, klein geschnittenem Rosmarin, Salz, Pfeffer, Weisswein.<\/li>\n<li>Die Fischst\u00fccke mit der Marinade gut einreiben und in einem mit Folie bedecktem Teller mehrere Stunden im K\u00fchlschrank ziehen lassen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Fischst\u00fccke in wenig Oliven\u00f6l in der Bratpfanne kurz beidseitig anbraten &#8211; je nach Dicke 1&#8230;2 Minuten pro Seite. Sie sollen im Innern noch leicht roh sein. Die restliche Marinade w\u00e4hrend dem braten mit einem L\u00f6ffel auf den Fisch verteilen.<\/li>\n<li>Noch wenig Salz dar\u00fcber streuen und sofort servieren oder warm stellen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tipp<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dazu passt frische Zitrone und Aioli Sauce gut.<\/li>\n<li>Bodegas Amaren (<em>Mutter<\/em> auf Baskisch) geh\u00f6rt zu Bodegas Luis Ca\u00f1as.
