Gem\u00e4ss Wikipedia ist Tatar die englische (und deutsche) Schreibweise und Tartare die franz\u00f6sische. Und die Schweizer halten sich an keines von beidem und schreiben Tartar. Dem Gaumen ist das aber egal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich mache Tartar aus einem hochwertigen, tiefgefrorenen Set (Malbuner) aus dem Supermarkt. Da hat&#8217;s das Fleisch drin und eine Sauce. Letztere erg\u00e4nze und verfeinere ich dann noch mit klein geschnittenen Silberzwiebeln, Kapern und Essiggurken sowie mit Cognac und Pfeffer\/Chili. Alles in einer grossen Sch\u00fcssel gut verr\u00fchren und auf den Tellern zu sch\u00f6nen H\u00e4ufchen formen. Dazu kann ein passendes T\u00f6pfchen als Form dienen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit Silberzwiebeln, Essiggurken, Cherrytomaten und Kapern dekorieren. Und als Beilage entweder Toast oder Pommes. Ich bevorzuge letzteres. Auch diese aus dem Tiefk\u00fchler und im Ofen gebacken. Fast ein richtiges &#8222;Fertiggericht&#8220;, aber sehr sehr lecker.
