Die Zubereitung ist \u00e4hnlich wie das vorher beschriebene Rindfleisch. Aber die Garzeit ist viel k\u00fcrzer. Am Schluss soll das aufgeschnittene St\u00fcck etwa gleich rosarot sein wie beim Rinds-Entrec\u00f5te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Typisch bei der Ente ist das Fett auf der Oberseite. Man schneidet es zum grillen sorgf\u00e4ltig kreuzweise ein. Beim Essen wird es dann weggeschnitten.
