Nicht aus Ideologie sondern weil&#8217;s gut und gesund ist. Paneer ist ein indischer Frischk\u00e4se aus Kuhmilch. Bei uns im Supermarkt erh\u00e4ltlich. Man br\u00e4t ihn kurz an und f\u00fchrt ihn dann erst kurz vor Schluss ins Curry rein. Das Curry kann beliebig sein. Ich mag es mit verschiedenen Gem\u00fcsen und indischer Currypaste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zur Abwechslung kann man alternativ auch Tofu W\u00fcrfel anstelle von Paneer nehmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Raymond Cabernet\/Merlot gab&#8217;s fr\u00fcher mal im Denner. Jetzt finde ich ihn dort nicht mehr.
