Die Bodega wurde 1985 gegr\u00fcndet und 1996 kam der erste Wein auf den Markt, der die Erfolgsgeschichte der Kellerei begr\u00fcndete. 2002 wurde das Gut von der Familie Gonz\u00e1lez Beter\u00e9 \u00fcbernommen und nach und nach auf den modernsten Stand gebracht. Es ist das h\u00f6chstgelegene Weingut der Appellation (950 m\u00fcM) und profitiert dank dieser Lage von einer besseren Sonneneinstrahlung und von deutlich k\u00fchleren N\u00e4chten. In den letzten 2 Wochen vor der Lese betr\u00e4gt der Temperaturunterschied von Tag und Nacht sagenhafte 18C\u00b0. Das hat einen entscheidenden Einfluss auf die traumhafte Frische, die unwiderstehliche Eleganz und die beeindruckende Struktur dieses Weins. Die Bodega Valtravieso wurde 2007 vollst\u00e4ndig umgebaut und renoviert. Es entstanden ein neuer G\u00e4rkeller und ein neues Barrique-Lager, das stolze 970 m2 gross ist und nur aus franz\u00f6sischen F\u00e4ssern besteht.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Der Wein bzw die Maische wird vor und nach der G\u00e4rung mazeriert (= eingeweicht). Dadurch werden Aromen, Tannin und Farbe extrahiert. Danach wird er in franz\u00f6sischen Eichenf\u00e4ssern ausgebaut.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimale Trinkreife max. 13 Jahre nach der Ernte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preis ca.
