In unseren Breitengraden nicht jedermanns Sache. Aber meine in Spanien geborene Mutter (sie ist vor Kurzem leider im hohen Alter verstorben) hat uns schon als Kinder an die Mediterrane K\u00fcche herangebracht. Ich bin ihr heute noch sehr dankbar daf\u00fcr &#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Miesmuscheln gibt es wohl in allen Mittelmeerl\u00e4ndern. Ich kenne vor allem die franz\u00f6sische und spanische Zubereitung.
