Diesmal waren es Kalbsarrostinis. Fix fertig geschn\u00fcrt. Arrostinis kannte ich nat\u00fcrlich. Kalbsbrustschnitten mit Speck umwickelt. Aber ich hatte mich noch nie damit befasst. Also wie immer googeln und dann meine Variante aufschreiben w\u00e4hrend dem zubereiten. Mit Stoppuhr und Handy-Kamera.
