{"id":705,"date":"2014-12-12T16:48:35","date_gmt":"2014-12-12T15:48:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/?p=705"},"modified":"2023-02-05T22:52:34","modified_gmt":"2023-02-05T21:52:34","slug":"empanadas-de-atun","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/empanadas-de-atun\/","title":{"rendered":"Empanadas de at\u00fan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>(Teigtaschen mit Thunfisch)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zutaten<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250&#8230;300g Bl\u00e4tterteig (z.B. schon ausgewallt)<\/li>\n<li>150g Thunfisch (1 kleine B\u00fcchse, nature)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd Zwiebel<\/li>\n<li>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd rote Peperoni<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd reife Tomate<\/li>\n<li>1 Ei<\/li>\n<li>1 grosse handvoll frische Petersilie<\/li>\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Vorbereitung<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Den Fertigteig auspacken und mit den H\u00e4nden noch etwas vergr\u00f6ssern. Z.B. mit einem Glas 16 ca. 8cm grosse Scheiben ausstechen.<\/li>\n<li>Die F\u00fcllung herstellen:\n<ul>\n<li>Zwiebel, Peperoni, Knoblauch und Petersilie klein hacken.<\/li>\n<li>Die halbe Tomate in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden.<\/li>\n<li>In der Bratpfanne mit Oliven\u00f6l Zwiebel, Knoblauch und Peperoni ca. 5 Minuten and\u00fcnsten.<\/li>\n<li>Dann den Thunfisch unterr\u00fchren und gut zerstampfen und danach die Tomatenst\u00fccke. Gut mischen und bei kleiner Hitze 10&#8230;15 Minuten k\u00f6cheln, bis die Tomaten zerfallen sind.<\/li>\n<li>Gegen Schluss Pfeffer und Petersilie untermischen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Das Ei in weiss und gelb trennen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Teigscheiben auslegen und mit einem Teel\u00f6ffel die F\u00fcllung in der Mitte aufbringen.<\/li>\n<li>Die Scheiben rundherum mit dem Finger zum kleben mit Eiweiss bestreichen und dann umklappen und mit einer Gabel die Naht zudr\u00fccken.<\/li>\n<li>Mit einem Pinsel die Empanadas auf der oberen Seite mit Eigelb bestreichen.<\/li>\n<li>Im Ofen bei 170\u00b0C ca. 25 Minuten backen. In der zweiten H\u00e4lfte einmal wenden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tipp<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Warm oder kalt zu geniessen.<\/li>\n<li>Man braucht wenig F\u00fcllung f\u00fcr die 16 Pl\u00e4tzchen.
