Und die Pimientos aus Padron sind kleine Paprikaschoten, welche von Exemplar zu Exemplar unterschiedlich scharf sind. Bei uns erh\u00e4lt man neuerdings die echten aus Padron zum Teil beim Grossverteiler. Alternativ gibt es frische Jalape\u00f1os (Mexiko, Texas), welche sehr \u00e4hnlich sind. Je nach Reifegrad ist auch deren Sch\u00e4rfe sehr unterschiedlich.<\/li>\n<li>Pimientos de Padron essen ist ein Abenteuer. Wer extreme Sch\u00e4rfe, Spass beim Essen und ein wenig russisches Roulette nicht mag, l\u00e4sst die Finger davon.<\/li>\n<li>Zu den Pimientos passt die Aioli Sauce hervorragend.<\/li>\n<li>Spanien hat auch viele hervorragende Weissweine zu bieten. Eine der Starregionen ist R\u00edas Baixas ganz im Nordwesten der Halbinsel in Galizien.
