Den Boden gerade abschneiden, so dass sie stabil stehen. Den Deckel mit dem Stielansatz ebenfalls abschneiden, und von oben die Kerne und Trennw\u00e4nde mit einem kleinen Messer heraussch\u00e4len. Die Tomaten sind dann v\u00f6llig ausgeh\u00f6hlt.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00fcllung herstellen:\n<ul>\n<li>die Petersilie fein hacken<\/li>\n<li>die Crevetten zerkleinern (halbieren oder dritteln)<\/li>\n<li>mit der Mayonnaise vermischen<\/li>\n<li>mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>Die Tomaten mit der Crevetten-Mayonnaise-Mischung sorgf\u00e4ltig f\u00fcllen. Mit den Fingern hineinstopfen, ohne die Tomaten zu zerst\u00f6ren.<\/li>\n<li>Anschliessend mit K\u00fcchenpapier die Tomaten aussen wieder sch\u00f6n reinigen und auf einem Teller servieren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tipp<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Am besten geeignent sind die Toscanella Tomaten, weil sie starken Geschmack haben und die ideale Gr\u00f6sse zum aush\u00f6hlen und f\u00fcllen.
